Changed login for access to your eurofunk service applications

Due to a technical change in Microsoft 2 Factor Authentication (2FA), it is necessary to adapt your account to the new conditions.

In order to continue to guarantee the highest possible level of security, you will be asked to set up your second factor again.

As before, there are various options available to you for using 2FA:
Microsoft Authenticator app, phone call, SMS, email

After clicking on the required application, you will be asked to log in. After you have entered your known credentials for the first time, you will be prompted to select a second factor.

Right now, Helpline, Jira and Confluence should be working again. To get our Sharepoint back working again, there will be an appointment with a subcontractor from 10:00-12:00 today. If everything is working out as planned, access should be working in the afternoon. I will reach out to you if there are news on that last topic.

Instructions for getting started

Please use the links below to access the required applications.

Please note when logging in for the first time:

  1. Use your known user name and add the suffix @eurofunk.com to it.
  2. Enter the password you know.
  3. You will then be asked to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Choose the second factor yourself.

If you have any problems with this, you can contact the service desk during office hours from 08:00 – 17:00: +43 57 112 1650 or +49 7231 60 760 60
